25-6-2009 Yes, I got a great deal on Skoosh, so it was well worth it. Can't beat the location. Concierge was helpful, friendly, and accurate.

25-6-2009 Yes. The location and efficient customer service. The room's cooling system is not very good. It is an old hotel. Our room was on the 12th floor and despite the cold weather outside, the room was uncomfortably warm. We tried opening the window to let the cool breeze come in but it was useless because according to the maintenance guy, the room is a positive pressure room so the air travels outside but not going inside. Unfortunately, their thermostat is preset only up to 65 F. And even if it's set at 65 F, the room temp remained at 71 F because their central condenser is broken and old. We didn't get to sleep on our first night. Good thing we requested a room transfer the following day and they willingly transferred us to a lower floor.

everything (shopping, resturants ect ).One of the best
feature of this hotel is the two golden retrevers available for walks.I stayed with my three children so the dogs were
great .We had agreat stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

25-6-2009 Excellent hotel with plenty of history. Great location, especially if you're in Vancouver to watch the Canucks at GM Place.
Rooms are spacious with the facilities you'd expect froma 5 star hotel.
Car parking is on site & $30 per night for hotel guests.
Staff were friednly & helpful.
I would definately stay in this hotel again & have no hesitation in recommending it.

25-6-2009 We were very impressed with the extra service provided to our daughter...she was delighted with the complimentary cookies and milk at bedtime. The pool facilities were wonderful - I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

27-3-2008 Upgrade naar Gold floor: geweldige ervaring. Nog nooit eerder zo'n luxe hotelkamer met persoonlijke verzorging gehad.

25-6-2009 An excellent hotel in a great downtown location.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Goof facilities within the hotel. Corresponded by email with concierge and received speedy reply. Although booking was not made with hotel directly, my requirements regarding the room were dealt with upon check-in before I was able to mention them again.
I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Vancouver.

25-6-2009 This is such a beautiful hotel, the service is fantastic and location and amenities are wonderful. It makes you feel warm and welcomed.
