The hotel, itself, is clean, efficient, architecturally interesting, history-filled, and conveniently located to interesting parts of Tel Aviv (Diezengoff district, etc.). The staff were very helpful to us--which we really needed because of problems with missed flights and no luggage. Keep an eye open for one particular older chap on the night desk--a bona fide character. The terrace overlooking Diezengoff Centre provides great views, peaceful resting place, complimentary refreshments, etc. Never got to the breakfast, so can't comment--but imagine it was up to snuff, if not better. A downside was that (and maybe because we were already tired, etc.) it was hard to figure out how to actually drive to the hotel. Work that out BEFORE you're driving around crowded Tel Aviv. One thing we didn't like: Got slammed on bill for what we thought was an 800-number. But pluses far outweighted minuses. They provided parking for us, etc.
