28-10-2008 Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen en dat maakt alles goed! Wij hadden een hele kleine kamer, met een klein bed (voor twee "grote" volwassenen). De bedden waren allemaal kei-hard.(Als je nog geen rugpijn had...kreeg je dat daar wel!) Het ontbijt was super. Voor de rest hebben we niets gebruikt.

Al met al een goed hotel (wel een grote kamer vragen).

15-12-2007 fijn hotel ,met een uitstekende ligging.Alle excursies[bijv.auswitsch]boekbaar in het hotel.Met een groter gezelschap zelfs goedkoper met prive taxi dan met de bus.Ontbijt is goed.

25-6-2009 I would recommend your hotel to others, good food clean beds ect ; good location , near to the market square where there is entertainment plenty of good restaurants with a variety of different foods.

25-6-2009 I stayed with my 2 children, we had a 3 bedded room, it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The weather was very hot, the room had no air conditioning and we had to keep the windows open and at times there was a bit of noise, at times, from the outside car park. There was a TV but it only had Polish channels, so that disappointed the kids. The staff were very courtious and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, although a little more choice would have been nice, breakfast was from 7-10 am which is ideal. The position of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Planty (park) which surrounds the old city. Near the square, the castle and a short walk to the Jewish quarter-ideal spot. Also a handy little supermarket next door for snacks and drinks for the room. We had an evening meal in the hotel, the quality and quantity of the food was good and the prices cheap. I would use this hotel again and recommend it :-)

25-6-2009 Nice clean hotel in a perfect location, I really don't think that you could wish for a better location, with main square, the train station, Wawel and the Jewish district all in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little on the small side with a double bed pushed up against the wall. All in all, we were satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again if we were to make a return visit to Krakow. Just a small note, our room hadn't actually been booked when we arrived so I would suggest a confirmation email to Skoosh just before you intend to go.

13-6-2006 Hotel Monopol ligt aan de binnenring van de oude stad. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. De tram stopt aan de overzijde van de straat, het centraal station is op loopafstand.
Het is een statig pand met allure. Van binnen helemaal modern ingericht, maar erg smaakvol. Grote, nette kamers en een ontbijt om je vingers bij af te likken.
PRijs is relatief laag. Echt een aanrader!

25-6-2009 The hotel was very clean with a modern interior. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great location only five minutes walk from the old town where you will probably spend most of your time. Our room was relatively small and a bit noisy as it was located on the front side of the building, adjacent to a main road. However they do have rooms to the rear of the building which would be quieter. The buffet breakfasts were quite good but could have done with more variety.
I would say that the hotel was good value for money given its close location to the old town and would definately consider staying there again.

25-6-2009 Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a little small but with buffet breakfast included it was very good value for money. There was also bottled water left in the room each day. The location was excellent with just a few minutes walk to the main square.
