25-6-2009 The hotel was comfortable and I'd be happy to stay there again. However, my advice to anyone staying there is to set your expectations pretty low - it's not quite what you'd expect for a supposed 5-star hotel. Small things mostly like decor being a bit shaby round the edges, no tea of coffee facilities in the room, and having to ask for things that should have been provided anyway e.g. we requested given a twin room despite having booked a double. While we did change rooms later that evening, it would have been easier to ask us if a twin was ok at the time of checking-in.

3-6-2008 goed hotel. modern en grote kamer. Niet ver van het centrum. Maar 5 sterren is wat overdreven.

25-6-2009 We stayed here 4 nights and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, but definitely not a 5-star hotel experience. There was a definite lack of customer service. When I pulled up in my car upon returning from day trips, the doorman was down the street smoking a cigarette and I would have to get out of the car and go to the front desk and ask for someone to park it. I asked for help with a train reservation and was told that they could not do that and directed me to the business center where the computer would not pull up a train schedule. Basically, there was no conceirge service.

25-6-2009 when booking on line it was good value but i was a day early and booking the extra day on the phone was very expensive but the hotel was good and weel located for walking into the center

21-1-2007 Een van de twee vijfsterren hotels in Lubljana - parkeergarage (tegen betaling) je rijdt zo de stad uit - naar centrum vijf minuten lopen - ontbijt zeer goed verzorgd - zeer nette kamers - SOS trekkoorden in de badkamer zijn niet actief
