25-6-2009 The Hotel belongs to Park Inn Hotels group. Rooms are OK although size a bit limited. Views and landscape from room windows are great. On south side you have the Danube, and even if your room look at North face then you have a nice view of Casttle and nice and big street.
Highlight the breakfast performance. Really Good.

25-6-2009 Very nice hotel and well placed close to the old city and the river. breakfast was good. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed during our stay and there was some renovation going on. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

25-6-2009 Never a 4 star hotel. Stay at the Ibis 200m away and you will get a better product.

Arrived on part of our honeymoon. Given a SINGLE! room stinking of smoke. Eventually the less than helpful staff got a double room that didn't stink. Not enough pillows, safe didn't work etc. (NEVER AN APOLOGY)

The Health Club? Looks great on the website as does the Terrace cafe...One prob renevation works are ongoing so no pool cafe etc. This work was meant to be completed Jan 2008! An Apology? NOTHING!

The rooms are small with a seperate toilet from the bathroom.

It was clean and the Breakfast was good.

There are lots of staff (WITHOUT NAME BADGES) wandering around doing very little and basicaly useless. Its a bit like Faulty Towers, looks great from the outside...but wait till you venture inside...

25-6-2009 Clean, modern, good location on the Danube River and a short walk to the Old Town Square. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby, but you have to pay for an ethernet hookup in your room. Everybody speaks English if that's a concern. It's also easily accessible by car. The breakfast is only so-so and unless it's included in your package definitely not worth paying for separately.

25-6-2009 This hotel is in a great location, right near the old town centre, and a short walking distance from Bratislava Castle and the Novy Most. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great breakfast, and wonderful rooms (even speakers in the bathroom for the tv!). Definitely would recommend.

25-6-2009 The hotel is very well located for the old town and Castle, there was building work occuring at the time of our stay but the hotel was generally clean, rooms were a little small and lacked the class you would expect of a 4 star hotel yet were comfortable and functional. The pool and gym were very good and the restaurant was fine, the breakfast buffet was average.

I think this hotel represents good value though lacks the touch of luxury I would expect from a 4 star hotel - I'd say more 3 star.

25-6-2009 The hotel was well located right in the old part of the town. It was clean and up to western standard, but I would not recommend Asian people to go there since they are out straight rude to me. Well, I cant spect much from people who are mainly village people... But if that has to change if they want Bratislava to become a turist attraction for the East. London, Vienna, Rome and other major Eupoean cities are full of Asian turist... with hard $$$.

25-6-2009 At €105/night including an excellent breakfast, this seemed a good deal to me. This fairly large hotel has been recently modernized and has a bright and welcoming appearance. My room had a nice view over the Danube. The rooms are modern, very clean and adequately equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent for a business trip and there were interesting places nearby to walk around and see in the evenings. Internet in the rooms is expensive but there is free wi-fi in the comfortable lobby. I was well satisfied.
